I am 38 weeks pregnant and have been experiencing EXTREME swelling in my lower extremities only. My legs have gotten HUGE, full of water!! My doctor tells me its nothing to worry about, its not toxemia because my blood pressure is absolutely normal and urine test also, but I am in pain! Cannot even put pants on because Im so swollen and cannot bend my legs due to it, it feels as if I've been beaten in my legs and feet. I cannot walk much or stand at all for a period of time. I've been like this for about a month and have been on bedrest w/ my feet elevated, drinking gallons of water, but nothing seems to help. My worry is if I can develop a blood clot, now or even after my scheduled c-section next week. Doc says swelling will remain for a few days after delivery. Has anyone experienced such MAJOR swelling in the legs?

Should I take my dwarf hamster to the vet?

I have two female roborovski dwarf hamsters who for the past two months I have had them have lived happily. Then the last couple of days, the dominant hamster (Coco) started chasing the little one (Lilo) and not giving her time to settle. This scared me + I kept a close eye on them. It didnt worry me because they would snuggle up at night! Then this afternoon I went to check up on them and Lilo had a nasty cut on her bum. I immediately split them up and Lilo cleaned up her wound. I am now unsure as to visit the vet and get it cleaned up. Or can I not do the same thing with a little guidance? I'm recently unemployed, and live in the greater Dayton area, in Ohio. I have a 1 year trade certification in Multi-Skilled Maitenenace,and a Universal Certification from the EPA in Refrigeration. I'm having problems finding a job in my area. I'm sending out resumes on the net, constantly. It seems there is a bit of discrimination going on in the maintenance field. If you don't have 3 to 5 years of experience, alot of employers don't want to talk to you. I'm even willing to make a little less than what actual maintenance men get paid to just get the experience, and a job. This is a really depressing situation for me. Any meaningful advice would be appreciated. In the mean time, unemployment can't seem to decide whether not they are even going to give me unemployment.

Infant bohns nodules ?

My infant is 2 1/2 months old and has a spot that looks like a tooth coming through the front of her gum. it is white and hard like a tooth i took her to the doctors today and they said it was a bohns nodule. This spot showed up on sunday after a long sat night of a cranky baby she was so uncomfortable and had been showing all the signs of teething for a week prior to the spot showing up. It showed up like a tooth and all but I dont know she is my 5th child. Has anyone else had this. 95 Buick Lesabre hood release cable is not working...?

Just replaced the radiator on my 95 Buick Lesabre and forgot to thread the hood release cable up between the edge of the radiator mount. Now the hood release latch on the inside of the car is slack and won't do anything, and I can't get to it from the outside front of the car because it's hidden under the radiator mount. The hood won't budge and I don't know if the cable is broken, disconnected, stretched, pinched... no idea. Any takers?

Can heat affect how difficult running is?

I am training for Cross Country. I just started my training back up again after my AAU basketball season ended. I just went outside and usually I can run 4+ miles no problem. However, I only ran about 2 - 3 miles just now and I found it difficult. I was shaky and thirsty, probably because it was about 90 degrees. My question however is did I feel more tired than usual because it is hot out, or because I haven't run like this in a while, even though I've been keeping my cardio going with basketball and other training.

State ID and Birth Certificate not enough for US pport????

I applied for my US Pport on October the sixth. I went to a pport acceptance agency (US Post Office) and had the photos taken there, and also paid the fee to have it expedited. I was told It was door to door three weeks maximum. I paid two way overnight delivery as well. The total came to 195$. Three weeks ped, and I received a letter a few days before I was to receive my pport. It stated that I had not provided sufficient information to prove my identity, and that they required at least five doents with my photo and signature dated to prove who I am. It could be nothing recent. I provided my original Birth Certificate in good condition as well as my current Maryland State ID, just as it states on the site and they requested at the post office. Why was this not enough??? I of course do not have any of these doents and they all take weeks to get. I missed my trip. ANd they will not give me a refund, not even for having it expedited, because they said it was because they needed those other doents... I think this is complete crap. They told me "The state ID was not enough because it is a 'non-driving' ID." It says right on their site (travel.state.gov) all you need is those two doents. SO I spoke to a supervisor... He said the best thing he could tell me to do is go to DC to the agency with my mother, and my sibling who has a pport, and to bring my ID and social Secutiry card and try to work something out, but he could 'not assure me of anything.' I plan to go on Wednesday.... but I am worried I still won't get it. They seem to really not want to give me this thing that Ip aid for, for no good reason. They are also now saying that the passport photos taken by the post office were the wrong size, so now I have to go get those retaken. This is absurd! Honestly, what should I do?? Has anyone ever heard of anything like this??? Are they giving me the run around and if so why? ... before anyone asks, yes, it is legitimate, like I said I applied at a US post office. The other books have illustrated drawings to label what they called the legs instead, and the Bible does not. Can I terminate my lease agreement in rental property due to black mould TAS?

I've been in my rental property for 5 years. Around the second year we were there we in-counted a really bad condensation problem that has continued into this our 5th year. When reported to our rental agency we were told to ventilate the property adequately especially the bathroom, laundry area's. We open most windows in the house daily even in the winter months and always leave the window open in bathroom and laundry but the condensation still occurs daily. Around this time we discovered black mould growing up the walls of all three bedrooms it even spread to my children's toys furniture clothes and bedding all of which had to be thrown away at our expense, on walls and roof in bathroom and anything in the bathroom on the walls windows in living area and inside the kitchen cupboards. I have three children who have all had bronchitis each winter my eldest suffers from asthma and my youngest 12mth old has suffered from croup. As tenants we have run two electric heaters in the area of house were bedrooms and bathroom are, on top of the wood heater in the house. We have laid temporary carpet in hall and kids rooms as house only had Original floor boards varnished. And ventilate the house regularly all to no avail. Surely the landlord has to take responsibility for the damage the mould has occurred and to try and fix the problem. We have conveyed our black mould problem in writing to the agency over and over again for 3 years and nothing has been done. We've had enough and want out of this toxic house but are in a lease agreement til end of november. Is our problem enough cause to be able to terminate our lease agreement??? Mild case of OCD?

Leopard Gecko Egg Incubation HELP!!!?

Our Leopard Gecko has laid 4 eggs. The first two were infertile the second two were fine at first then one started to grow mold and collapse inward after about a week. After this egg died she laid her last one and it is starting to do the same I reduced the amount of water but it doesn't seem to be doing any better. What am I doing wrong? We have a homemade incubator. Which is a plastic deli cup filled with vermiculite sitting on top of a sponge on a heating pad (the sponge helps to keep it at a constant temp). There is a humidity Gage inside and it is always around 90% and the temp has stayed at around 80'. What should the humidity be at? And is this setup all wrong it seems to keep the conditions right but my eggs keep dying.

Had a venous doppler, still have some questions!!?

okay so yesterday i had a venous doppler down on my left leg, cause it had been bothering me. It was negative for DVT. I asked the technician to do my right leg as well cause it had been bothering me as well. But she couldnt because the dr didnt order the right leg. She only checked on spot on my right thigh, like near my groin area. And she listened to the blood flow. Should I be okay from DVT if she didnt check the whole leg? she told me not to worry, thats is most likely muscular, but im worried because she didnt check the whole leg... any ideas??

You will have to sand very well so no rust gets through, unfortunately what you will be doing is what you are taking off!! Seems stupid but if you want it black antiqued, you have to do this. There are some strippers out there that will strip metal but try to sand down so you can paint again, just getting to the green. Remember to tape off all the edges of bench. They have kits of antiquing wrought iron, Michaels etc., and it is just a black iron paint and then a chemical which will rust it. I have done many times, the longer and more you use the more orange it gets, have fun!!

The cruelty of the Japanese towards the occupants of the country in which they have invaded was pretty brutal and pretty much evil indeed. Though some of it may be exaggerated as not every japanese soldier was like this. As well as it is said that the more east you go the more cruel the people were in wars which is pretty much true in a ironic way if you look more into history. There were many cruel acts of war that are purely unexplainable, the Japanese themselves had their own way of displaying authority toward their occupied countries to avoid partisan rebellion. If you look into their history you can see that their tactics involve scaring the @%&# out of enemies, like they tried doing in World War 2. I cannot really give you much since this is a pretty touchy subject.

Ok so this isn't a serious problem but it's just something that's been bothering me a bit. I'm about to be a sopre in high school and I still never even kissed a guy yet. Since you seem to be good at pirouettes and piques, work on your fouttes, a la secondes, and leaps (grande jettes). After you become better at those, start working on your pirouettes and piques. Before you begin working at triples, make your doubles perfect. Same with singles into doubles. About grande jettes (leaps), before you can get a great leap, you need to get a great split. Stretch on the floor in all of your spare time. Go down until it hurts. That's where you need to hold it. When leaping, make sure to stay lifted. Don't lean forward, and give your back leg as much attention as your front leg. For your turns, the most important rule, SPOT! Also, to stay balanced, feel the ground. Dig into it on the highest releve you can get. Remember that June is a long time from now. You have plenty of time to work on your technique. Good luck! Hope this helps!

there actually is such a thing as scented paint. I would think a good double coat of paint through out the house ( scented or unscented) will rid you of a lot of your troubles. walls can actually smell ( or what ever is behind them). paint will help to build a barrier between you an old wood. consider putting deodorizers in your attic area. I would over do it up there. Then clean any hard floor surface really well. if none of this helps, it is probably your carpet. cleaned or not , it could be the padding underneath and may need to go.

For example.. When I look in the mirror I see nice long blonde hair, a relitively symmetrical face, OK skin, normal lookin teeth, small perky and a tall petite frame. Last week I got an eight week old puppy.Now this weekend due to very unforeseen cirstances I have to go away for two days,there's no way of getting out of it and I had no idea it was going to come up when i got the puppy.Any of my friends that would be suitable to mind her already have dogs and because she is so young she hasn't had all her vaccinations.I was thinking of putting her in a kennel but do any kennels have special places for dogs that aren't fully vaccinated?She only has one injection left to get but there not meant to get it till their 12 weeks so I'm guessing she cant get it before?!Im really stuck!

What are you wanting for the price you want to pay? The one I've linked is what I'd call 'reasonable'. The rooms are very clean, the free breakfast (continental) is decent - eat all you want type. The staff are bi-lingual, helpful and friendly. The location is pretty good. It's not downtown but a couple of minutes walking and you're at the Metro Blue Line - a 5/6 minute hop downtown. There is a shopping mall near - El Corte Ingl�s - cinema, supermarket etc. Loads of caf�s and restaurants.

Starter help?

Will installing Windows 7 on a system with 2 HDD's make data inaccessible?

I currently have a system running two hard drives, one with the OS (7) and one for data storage, I have loads of experience installing win 7 onto a system with a single HDD but if I want to reinstall can I backup everything (pictures, video, various other things) onto the data storage HDD and then simply reinstall onto the main drive and copy everything back over? I think with custom motor mounts and some work the engine swap would work because the rotary engine isn't very big, it may even be a little smaller than my weak little 4-banger. Then my thoughts were swapping the rear axle with a rear axle from another Mitsubishi that had AWD or RWD. From the day I turned my PS3 40GB on the first time, the fan would blow at Mach 2 after 2 - 3 minutes even if it is only in the menu. I understand. Times are rough, our budgets too small, and our editors want the best freelancers writing for them. So they spend way too much. I'm in charge of filling out the budgets, but it's not my job to police editors who go over. I do remind them that they're over and that our manager might soon reign them in. But when one of the editors switched some of the budget burden on to me without even telling me, I took matters into hand by calling a meeting with our manager. i agree with snl on the first part; get a water bottle full of HOT water and gently squirt it on the wound. you may need to have someone to hold her, and another person to keep her calm while you do it. the put on some some neosporin and one of those really huge strong band aids. watch her for about an hour after you put it on and stop her when she tries to rub. after a while she will probably forget about it and leave it alone. keep her in a stall if you can, otherwise just cross your fingers and wait till morning.

I can't live my life anymore because of girls. The one girl that I fell in love with I treated horribly and now years after learning my mistakes I tried to make up for it.
