There is two things that is bothering me with your eating. The first thing would be that your not changing it every once in a while and the second things is that you need to drink at least 8 gles of water a day. I think you should consider throwing in some exercises like sit-ups or biking. ( I am in the same situation but im 13 163lbs and 5ft 3. This is what people told me to do oh and do it with music, music always helps me!)
