Should I take my dwarf hamster to the vet?

I have two female roborovski dwarf hamsters who for the past two months I have had them have lived happily. Then the last couple of days, the dominant hamster (Coco) started chasing the little one (Lilo) and not giving her time to settle. This scared me + I kept a close eye on them. It didnt worry me because they would snuggle up at night! Then this afternoon I went to check up on them and Lilo had a nasty cut on her bum. I immediately split them up and Lilo cleaned up her wound. I am now unsure as to visit the vet and get it cleaned up. Or can I not do the same thing with a little guidance? I would be grateful for some help! Thanks Demi :)
