Emailing etiquette with professionals?

I normally don't include salutations unless they're to superiors (just out of respect). The salutations (To and From) are already included in the e-mail. If you're not sure though, I'd say err on the side of caution and include them...but not in something like your example...that sounds and looks a little ridiculous. At least leave off the "Dear" and "Sincerely".
