Will the Army give me the Medical help I need?
I broke my finger during a ruck march in July. I was in NCO school at the time, and since NCO school is all about getting soldiers to graduate, they didn't give me any treatment for my hand. I had to wait two months for an appointment with a hand doctor because we are in Europe and the healthcare system is spread apart by cities, and rather full. Now, my finger doesn't bend much and I can't make a proper fist. Do you think the army doctor will actually HELP? I probably need surgery, but that would make me undeployable for a while. Anyone out there with a similar medical experience?
