Has anyone heard of the company Courier-Movements-LTD?

I was told to send money through them overseas for an apartment here because the owner is going to be in a different country for a few years and is subletting. He told me to send money through that company, but I have never heard of it and it seems sort of fishy. I google searched the company and nothing came up. It sort of seems like they don't exist. Also, the email I got from the company was from a personal email, not a company one. If it was a big or legitimate company, wouldn't they have their own domain email? It just seems like something is off here and I was wondering if anyone knows anything about the company and could help me. It doesn't seem that secure.
