Too much yeast? Can you fix it?

You could add more flour and water and let rise again. I would try that or just baking it and see what happens. Bread is very forgiving and simple to make. I dont buy our bread I bake it in the bread machine my husband found. Before the bread machine I made it by hand for years. It is really hard to screw up bread.
