How can Rand Paul Justify saying that we all work for the Rich or sell things for the rich...?

If you take a single dollar bill and then begin to add up the taxes on it you are taxed to make it taxed to use it taxed to buy anything to build something with it in reality the government eats that entire dollar in taxes sooner or later and yes the government is very rich they just piss away far more than they have.
