What should i do about this kid.?

ok on halloween i put a bowl of candy in front of my house and a sighn that saied TAKE 1 and i hid im my tree and this kid came up and gd the bowl and DUMPED all the candy in his bag so i threw an acorn at him and he dtarted crying.he went and told his mom and his mom was nice enough to not tell eney1 but shee said i cant b meen to her son again.and now he is so FREKEN ANOYING and he keeps like putting dog !@%$ on my yard and ding gong ditching me and he lite a tire on fire and put it in my front yard and my moy came home for the night.(i live at my friends house and its jest me and him)and she got so PI$$#& and i dont know what to do about him.
