I just bought temporary hair color....?

i am brown with blonde highlights and i bought this stuff called "fanci-full" at walmart and the color is bashful blonde..my question is.....is it for people with blonde hair looking to mkae it more rich and more blonde or for people with any type of hair color to temporarily color it blonde? it doesnt say and i guess im an idiot.THANKS!
