How do you get rid of teen whitener stains quickly?! please help!!?

hi! my prom is this weekend and i wanted to whiten my teeth before it...i used target bran teeth whitener and i stained my teeth!! there are dots of bright white all over my teeth and it looks really bad!! how do i get it off?!!?!??! please help!!
