"All that I have, I share with thee"- what do you think of that quote, within the context of a relationship?

Only, I ALWAYS say this to MY girlfriend, (and, for the record, I mean it wholeheartedly!) Anything, (and I do mean ANYTHING) that I've got in our house, she can have, if she wants it, and I ALWAYS tell her that. What do you guys think of the quote: "All that I have, I share with thee", and the attitude behind it, within the context of a committed romantic relationship?
