Starter help?

I have a 1989 Chevy C30 with a 6.2 deisel in it. It has a brand new flywheel and starter. I have drilled out the starter bolt holes and replaced the theads with Heli-coils. It keeps breaking starter bolts. Any ideas why? Yes, the bolt holes where drilled straight. Thanks, Keith ASE certified 22yrs
