Where is a good non expensive but not cheap, safe, hotel or location to stay in Lisbon, Portugal?

What are you wanting for the price you want to pay? The one I've linked is what I'd call 'reasonable'. The rooms are very clean, the free breakfast (continental) is decent - eat all you want type. The staff are bi-lingual, helpful and friendly. The location is pretty good. It's not downtown but a couple of minutes walking and you're at the Metro Blue Line - a 5/6 minute hop downtown. There is a shopping mall near - El Corte Ingl�s - cinema, supermarket etc. Loads of caf�s and restaurants.
