Help need outsiders advice! where to move to bc or stay in manitoba?

Well...i moved back to manitoba after 8 years of living in bc to be with family. I have been here for over a year and am feeling antsy to leave again. BUT heres the thing...i want to move back to bc but...feel as though i should stay here in manitoba..im currently working at a job where i can get a permanent job afterwards with the company. If i move to bc i can get back to school and get a better education...what to do ppl help me out! im almost 23, might have to move back in with family and out there i feel more independent and have less family noisyness lol.
