Noah Cyrus, the next Miley?

i've seen videos and pictures and articles and now this is just my opinion but i think Noah Cyrus, 10 year old sister to Miley Cyrus, is just like Miley...now miley (before) has dated nick jonas and there are pictures EVERYWHERE of them and i saw a pic of noah cyrus (doing a peace sign-just like miley does, u know, pouting her lips and everything-) but guess who she was with...frankie jonas...(!) and for halloween she dressed up like miley, in a very *dominatrix* dress with bright red lipstick and mascara and everything, and this was when she was like 9...and also there was a vid of her dancing to smack that (by Akon) with miley cheering her on..and noah is always giving peace signs like miley and stuff.....now ur probably thinking what a stupid question to post but i just wanna know if i'm not the only person who thinks this way...pls no bad or rude comments i just wanna know what u think about this....
